good value for money

I have to say, those chaps and chappesses at Apple really are delightful. You see I got another sad faced iPod a bare 4 months after my last replacement. Sadly it was already past it's warranty, but with a little persuasion from El and CONSUMER RIGHTS I have another replacement. YAY!
