So here's some bits and pieces for you this Tuesday evening.

Does anyone remember how I had to learn a song around about this time of year for a wedding? No? Really? Do you, like, not read this thing at all? Ok, well I will refresh your memory for you.

Anyways, the task this time this year is to learn five songs for a wedding. Dash garn. That's a lotta listening to the Supremes not to mention Katrina and her good old The Waves. Right now I'm in the study listening. And supposebly learning. Or at least so Elbs believes. Don't tell her but I'm actually talking to you good people out in la-la-land. Shhh..

Also, I believe back in March of this year I referred to a curious studio-induced phenomenon. Well I'm here to tell you right here right now: if you spend even more time in the studio and if you spend that time bouncing each song into its component tracks one at a time in realtime.. well.. the effect is more pronounced is all I can say.

All of which brings me to the end of the post.. Yup yup that's right.

Oh. Just before I finish, I realised that I've had a few comments in the last few months (going back to May actually - I feel sheepish) that to all intents and purposes I have ignored. Well I did read them and I did have good intentions. It's just.. well you know. Regardless:
Chris - Thanks for the birthday message. I got the hockey jersey. It's awesome. We're probly playing somewhere at somepoint. Who knows where and when but we got an album out soon. Yay!
Nidaba - Thanks for your kind comment. Model Engine are seriously great and should not have broken up. Not sure where the best place to get the model engine track is. Frank Tate might know.
Heather - Message passed on to El. You could contact her through her blog as well though. Check further down my blog for a link.
Probably some others - Sorry. I do read them. I'm just carp.

Also State of Fear by Michael Crichton is a good read. I don't care what people say.

The end and out
